"Steelhead" Canon EOS 3 w/28-70mm f/2.8L While photographing at the Gudgeonville bridge I noticed many large fish swimming by. They were moving briskly, but some would loiter briefly near the bridge, then continue. This fella was at the tail end of the parade. I really wanted to get my polarizer, but it was back in my car. To go for it would have meant missing the shot. I decided to stay and shoot, and hope for the best. It was either get the polarizer or get the shot. Oh, by the way...Someone standing next to me told me this was a Steelhead. I have no idea. I'm not a fisherman and couldn't tell a Steelhead from a Tuna. |
